We are thrilled to announce the CogX Festival will return this year in-person across the stunning Kings Cross Estate, in the heart of London’s Knowledge Quarter, Monday 13th to Wednesday 15th June. The Festival will once again bring together the most incredible cross section of attendees to look at the biggest transformational opportunities of our time.

As a member of our community if you register TODAY with code COGXFRIENDS you will receive a complimentary Networking and Expo pass (normally £495). And if you then post on social media and invite your friends with your personal code (see further details below), you will all be upgraded to a Standard Festival pass (normally £695).

The CogX Festival Journey So Far

In 2017 we launched the Festival focused on “The Impact of AI on Industry, Government and Society”, and welcomed 1,300 guests to hear from 200 speakers over 2 days. And for 2018 we added Ethics, Emerging Technologies and Blockchain.

By our 4th edition in 2020, we broadened the scope to exploring the biggest transformational opportunities of our time, and the challenges we must overcome along the way. With over 1,000 speakers we covered a huge range of topics including Health, the Cloud, Climate, Blockchain, Ethics, Quantum, AR, VR, Genetics, SpaceTech - and of course AI where we started. We also added our CogX Global Leadership Summit which gathers our speakers and leaders to address the critical question, “How do we get the next 10 years right?”. And when the world went into lockdown we pivoted in 3 months to deliver this as a 100% virtual experience with 44,000 registered attendees.

In 2021 we delivered one of the first hybrid events, although only a small element was in-person, but with an innovative approach to catch-up viewing we grew to over 840,000 unique viewers - making the event even more inclusive and dramatically increasing the impact for our partners and speakers.

CogX 2022 Returns With A Full In-Person Format & Sessions Covering 20 Topics

This year we are very much focused on returning to the magic of the in-person experience with world class content, and amazing networking opportunities with change makers in business, government, science and academia. And building on last year we expect our catch-up audience to grow to 5m unique viewers.

We will always put the health and safety of our community first, and although there have been no requirements to reintroduce testing, Covid-19 cases are at a record high. So following conversations with our advisors, we have decided to limit the number of attendees to 6,000 so that should new H&S regulations be reintroduced we can manage them comfortably. Of course it is our hope that cases will have dropped by June, so this won’t be necessary at all.

So what does CogX 2022 look like?

Features this year include:

CogX Festival Main Stages

These will feature incredible thought leaders on 20 topics, carefully curated from around the world across AI, blockchain, the metaverse and the latest transformational technologies.

Unlimited Networking

Everyone will have access to the CogX app with the ability to discuss sessions, connect with each other and organise meetings. Communities will be live for each of our Festival topics making it easy to join the conversation.

Co-Hosted Side Events

There are a wide range of side events from workshops and roundtables to informal breakfast, lunches and dinners located in the 20 partner restaurants, bars and coffee shops across the KX estate . If you are interested in co-hosting a side event, please email us on help@cogx.live and we can find the perfect venue for yours.

CogX Global Leadership Summit

Our Summit Stage, available only to GLS ticket holders, brings together key decision makers and CEO’s focussed on making a positive impact through collaboration.

Taking place in the stunning Thomas Heatherwick designed Samsung KX in Coal Drops Yard the Summit features an intimate 100 person auditorium, and 300 person networking area throughout the day.

Summit themes for 2022 are:

Monday, 13th June - Global Stability and Growth

Tuesday, 14th June - True Tech Transformation

Wednesday, 15th June - The Future of Work & the Employee Experience

In light of the current instability across the globe, we feel that the Summit’s mission is more important than ever before and will be very much focused on moving the conversation forward and make a positive impact.

Video Catch-up

All the sessions will be available on the CogX app after the event so you can catch up on sessions you missed or re-watch, share and discuss the sessions you caught in person.
